We propose to study two main topics related to asset management:

Risk-Based Inspection

We propose to use RBI analysis: process variables and materials of construction are studied to identify possible risks of failure,
where it may occur, and at which frequency the inspections should take place. The goal is to prioritize monitoring for items with a
high probability of failure. The complete process results in focusing resources on specific assets that are most likely to pose a
risk to your company.

Reliability improvement

In case of important change in an organization, the success is not only a technical issue. The goal is to provides a flexible,
though disciplined method for implementing major change projects in your company, in accordance with your staff.
Using a structured process combining the technical side of improvement, the elements of culture change, and the imperatives of business need.
